This e-gift is valid for a 1-Hour Guided Smash session includes a traditional 45-minute smash with an in-session licensed Smash Coach, who will assist smashers in releasing pent up stress and emotions throughout the smash. The session concludes with a 15-minute talk therapy debrief.
How to Redeem: An order confirmation for the e-gift card will be emailed to the purchaser to send to the recipient whenever you’d like. (must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase date)
